  • BAND 8

    The band design keeps the current transmission element independent of the spring support tape, as it uses copper beryllium as the spring material. Prevent excessive deformation of the spring element prevents current flow through the spring element to prevent overheating.


    BAND 12

    Due to the specially designed geometry and fabrication, the ideal ratio of grid spacing to the width of the current bridge has been achieved. If the bridge length is 3mm, the grid spacing is only 2mm, so the bridge density is high. Therefore, the current bridge is 50% longer than the grid spacing. This is because the number of current bridges per unit length is higher due to the low grid spacing of 2mm.



    BAND 14

    Band 14 is a silver-plated rubbread contact band that is mechanically robust and has excellent electrical performance. Can be used between pin and socket contact and flat plate. Currently available in thicknesses of 0.20 mm and 0.50 mm. Additional band thicknesses are added to the standard product portfolio and specific thicknesses are available on request.
