Won Conductor Co., Ltd. participated in ELECS VIETNAM 2025, held from July 16 to 18 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The company attracted great attention during the exhibition and achieved a significant milestone by laying an important foundation for entering the Vietnamese power market.

 

The event, hosted by the Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association (KOEMA), COEX, and Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), with sponsorship from LS ELECTRIC and organized by KOEMA and COEX, was one of Vietnam’s largest exhibitions, featuring 118 companies from 5 countries across 192 booths.

 

At the exhibition, Won Conductor showcased its wide range of products essential for Vietnam’s power and energy sector, including overhead transmission and distribution systems, underground cable joint boxes, medium-voltage connectors, conductors, fittings, and related components.

In particular, during the exhibition, Won Conductor achieved a remarkable success by signing an MOU for an annual export contract worth USD 300,000 with ETRC (Electrical Testing & Research JSC), a key player in the Vietnamese power market.

 

Furthermore, Won Conductor was among only 10 companies selected out of 118 exhibitors to be invited to the [KOEMA] EVN SPC Technology Exchange Meeting, organized with the participation of SPC (Southern Power Corporation) of EVN, which oversees electricity distribution and infrastructure in southern Vietnam. During this special session, Won Conductor introduced the company and its products, highlighting its role in Vietnam’s power market. In particular, the 3D visualization of its overhead transmission products drew strong interest from SPC officials and is expected to serve as a practical opportunity for future business development.

In his presentation, Mr. Jisang Hyun, CEO of Won Conductor, stated:
“Our products, which play a vital role in the globally recognized ‘K-Power Technology’, are distinguished by their mechanical strength, insulation properties, and weather resistance. We are confident that our solutions can meet the current needs of Vietnam’s overhead transmission and distribution sector.”

 

As part of the Vietnamese government’s strong interest in ELECS VIETNAM 2025, BTV (Vietnam National Television) selected three exhibitors for interviews, and Won Conductor was honored to be among them.

In the interview, CEO Jisang Hyun expressed his vision and expectations for the Vietnamese market, stating:
“Won Conductor, in cooperation with KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation), has been supplying products for underground and overhead transmission networks. We believe that if our overhead transmission and distribution products are supplied to Vietnam, they will make a significant contribution to the Vietnamese power market.”
