Plymouth INSULATING & ECTRICAL TAPES

Won Conductor Co., Ltd. imports electric special tapes from Plymouth, Spain, and exclusively supplies them to Korea.

The world-renowned Plymouth tape has been distributed to more than 75 countries and has thousands of customers and millions of users. We have developed a specific product portfolio in various fields such as electricity distribution, industry, telecommunications, and mining.

A 30mil EPR, self-bonding, thermally conductive tape for insulating and jacketing splices through 69kV. L969 Plyvolt is linerless, allowing an easier application and a void-free build-up. This rubber tape provides excellent corona, ozone and chemical resistance. It can also be used for building stress-cones on power cable through 35kV. Temperature range: Continuous: 90 ºC | 194 ºF Overload: 130ºC | 266 ºF

A 30 mil EPR, self-bonding, high voltage tape for insulating and jacketing splices through 69kV. W963 amalgamates quickly, yielding a void-free, electrically stable build-up and it's ideal for waterproofing. Temperature range Continuous: 90ºC | 194 ºF Overload: 130 ºC |266 ºF

A polyethylene and EPR High voltage (available in 20 and 30 mil) self-amalgamating tape with excellent electrical , mechanical and thermal properties. For insulating and jacketing splices through 69kV and for building stress cones and jacketing of terminations on power cable from 600V through 35kV. Temperature range: Continuous: 90ºC |194 ºF Overload: 130ºC |266 ºF

A 30mil , low voltage self-amalgamating rubber tape (UL-510 listed). 122 Low Voltage can be used as a primary insulation for splices at not more than 600V. It easily conforms to irregular shapes and surfaces, yielding a void-free, electrically stable build-up. This rubber tape is compatible with all extruded dielectric cable insulations. Temperature range: 80ºC | 176ºF

A 125 mil self-amalgamating, low voltage insulating compound designed for quick, void-free insulation build-up. It can be easily molded by hand to conform to irregular shapes and can be used as primary insulation for splices through 5kV in conjuction with other insulating tapes. Temperature range: Continuous: 80ºC |176 ºF Overload: 95ºC |203 ºF

A woven tinned copper braid, high current capacity of #9 AWG solid cooper, used for grounding high voltage splices and terminations.

Cinta de cobre estañado para la reconstitución de la pantalla electroestá-tica en cables apantallados. Proporciona una conformabilidad excepcional, es resistente al calor, a los aceites y a la corrosión.

An ethylene propylene rubber based, self-amalgamating and conducting tape. Its unsupported construction makes it ideal for use on power cable where accommodation of expansion and contraction due to load cycling is important. The excellent stretch of 17 Plyshield allows conformability to complex shapes. 17 Plyshield® is compatible with all extruded dielectric cable insulations. Temperature range: Continuous: 90ºC |194 ºF Overload: 130ºC |266 ºF

A 30 mil self-amalgamating tape which can be used for insulating cables splices through 2kV, in conjunction with a jacketing tape. Temperature range: Continuous: 80ºC |176 ºF Overload: 95ºC |203 ºF

A 20 mil triangular cross-section, self fusing tape, arc and track resistance, used for jacketing high voltage terminations on solid dielectric cable through 69kV. Temperature range: 180 ºC | 356 ºF

A 30 mil Elastomeric tape that provides excellent flame and arc protection for all types of cables. Easily visible, easy inspection. When exposed to flame will generate a thermally insulating residue for cable protection.

An 8 mil fine weave of Dacron and fiber glass threads, impregnated with a fully cured polyester coating which provides excellent electrical and mechanical protection. With adhesive Temperature range: Continuous: 155ºC |311 ºF Overload: 185ºC |365 ºF
